At BCG, he was a cross functional finance professional (reported directly to Worldwide initiatives/ Decision support director) with good exposure to financial budgeting, analysis and forecasting. He has developed leadership and team skills gained from education and work covering both North and South India, Singapore, and Dubai. In 4 years, he has worked across 4 functions and in companies ranging from 25 employees to 25,000 employees. He worked as an Insolvency Consultant for 1 year (insolvency & bankruptcy cases), as a Credit Appraisal Officer for 1 year (credit risk and loan appraisal processes), and had a brief stint in audits and IPO certification before financial budgeting at BCG. He runs 2 entrepreneurial initiatives across India and Middle East - crizzen.com and raghavvohra.com. He was a pro bono strategy partner to 2 schools in NCR region, India.
