Raghav is a dynamic and ambitious professional with a wealth of diverse experiences across consulting, business solutions, technology, and the social sector. Currently, he is a Manager in the Private Equity Group Practice at Bain & Company, specializing in healthcare and life sciences, IT services, and other core sectors. His work spans both India and international markets, including the UK, where he has delivered strategic insights and results-driven solutions for clients. In addition to his consulting career, Raghav is the Founder & Director of 'We Listen,' an NGO dedicated to building sustainable models of mental health care for young adults aged 18–25. Under his leadership, the organization has pioneered impactful initiatives such as 24/7 crisis support platforms, mentoring programs, and grief circles, collectively transforming the lives of thousands. A graduate of IIT Bombay, Raghav held multiple leadership positions, culminating in his tenure as the General Secretary Cultural Affairs, one of the institute's highest student roles. For his exceptional contributions, he was honored with the Organizational Roll of Honor by the Director of IIT Bombay, the institute's most prestigious award. Beyond his professional and academic achievements, Raghav is a passionate vocalist, performing with his band at pan-India gigs, and an avid weightlifter, demonstrating his commitment to both artistic and physical excellence. With a natural aptitude for tackling complex problems, a results-oriented mindset, and a passion for making a difference, Raghav is always eager to take on new challenges and create meaningful impact across industries and communities.
