Referral and Hiring Support

Will be providing referral and hiring support to fresh MBA/PGDM Finance graduates ensuring they find opportunities that align with their skills and aspirations. My role will involve connecting graduates with potential employers, sharing relevant job openings, and assisting them in tailoring their applications to meet industry standards. By leveraging my experience in recruitment and understanding of finance roles, I will guide candidates through the hiring process, offering insights on interview preparation and resume building. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between talented graduates and organizations seeking fresh talent, fostering meaningful career opportunities.
