As a volunteer, I work with two other team members to teach the children basic words, numbers, and concepts, using interactive and engaging methods. I also mentor two girls who are interested in pursuing higher education and careers in finance, and I share with them some of my investment ideas and strategies. My goal is to empower them with the knowledge and skills that can help them achieve their dreams and aspirations. In my previous role as a senior quality analyst at LogiNext, a leading SaaS company, I was responsible for software testing, API testing, Jmeter testing, Selenium testing, root cause analysis, and release and deployment management. I collaborated with developers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the quality and functionality of the products, and I contributed to the improvement and innovation of the QA team and processes. With over 10 years of experience in software testing, quality analysis, and education counseling, I am passionate about delivering high-quality products, services, and solutions that meet the needs and expectations of diverse clients and users.
