My Mission is to enable atleast 100,000 high-performing professionals and leaders to unleash their full potential through personal mastery so they become purpose-driven and impactful leaders. We spend over 90,000 hours in our careers - shouldn’t that time be fulfilling? This question led me to redefine success and design a new path for myself and others. I founded the CXO Incubator, a group coaching platform where I coach high performing professionals to 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙖 𝘾𝙓𝙊, 𝘼𝙘𝙩 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙖 𝘾𝙓𝙊 & 𝘽𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙖 𝘾𝙓𝙊. Since Jan 2022, we’ve built a vibrant community of 200+ CXOs and Aspiring CXOs and impacted over 20,000 lives across 6 countries through: - CXO Accelerator - Chapter Meets - Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Dubai - National events like the CXO Incubator National Summit and Future of India Inc. Proud to mention that we have atleast 60 people who have joined the program have scaled to the position of CXOs and CXO minus 1 positions. Over 95% of the participants have achieved their purpose and their next level of growth. 𝐌𝐲 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 I qualified as a Chartered Accountant at age of 22, began my career in corporate banking, and later co-founded a hyperlocal startup, experiencing the highs and lows of entrepreneurship. Though life was great, a deeper question stayed with me: “What is the true purpose of my life?” 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐩 I stepped away from the corporate race and immersed myself in a 2-year journey of self-discovery. • Completed a Diploma in Counselling • Trained as a Coach • Studied Vedanta philosophy at Chinmaya International Foundation This phase transformed my thinking and helped me align passion, purpose, and profession.
