About me
Ms. Radha Chatrath is a licensed Rehabilitation Psychologist (RCI) who brings warmth, empathy, and dedication to her work in mental health. She believes in creating a safe, accepting space where clients feel free to explore their inner world and simply “be.” Her calm presence, active listening, and non-judgmental stance help clients feel understood, making it easier for them to open up and work through their challenges.
She holds a postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Delhi and an Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling from NIPCCD, New Delhi. She is also UGC-NET and JRF qualified, and has served as an Assistant Professor of Psychology for one year, bringing both academic and clinical depth to her work.
Her therapeutic approach is eclectic, integrating mindfulness practices, cognitive strategies, and expressive modalities such as play and art-based therapy, along with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She works through a neurodiversity-affirming lens and supports individuals with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, emotional regulation, self-esteem concerns, and neurodiversities such as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Radha values collaboration in therapy, seeing client and therapist as a team working toward the client’s growth. She believes that therapy is not only about resolving difficulties but also about fostering self-acceptance, resilience, and personal fulfilment.
Outside her professional role, Radha is a fitness enthusiast who believes in the healing power of movement. She is passionate about lifelong learning and stays updated with evolving mental health research to better serve her clients. Her main aim is to make therapy a space where people feel empowered, accepted, and able to live in alignment with their truest selves.
