About me

Hi, I’m Rachel, a product designer with experience across healthcare, AI, enterprise software, and logistics, including projects for Pfizer, Axle Health, and LG Display. Previously, I was the first in-house UX designer at an early-stage healthcare startup. I’ve completed 170+ mentoring sessions on ADPList and was recognized as a Top 10 mentor in UX Research/Design 2026. My mentoring focuses on helping designers think clearly, explain their decisions, and communicate the value of their work. If you’re struggling to structure a case study, present a complex project, or make your contribution clear, we can work through it together. I help designers clarify their strengths, explain their design decisions, and present their experience with confidence. My sessions include portfolio and presentation reviews, mock interviews, and LinkedIn profile reviews with practical feedback and clear next steps. Who are these sessions for?

My portfolio and UI review sessions are designed for junior and mid-level designers. Product UX audits are for founders and small teams working on B2B software or complex workflows.

What can you help me improve?

I can help you clarify your case study, explain your design decisions, improve information hierarchy, and identify friction in product workflows. My experience includes enterprise software, healthcare, and logistics.

What should I prepare before a session?

Please share your portfolio, case study, or viewable Figma link at least 48 hours before our session. Include a short description of your goals and the questions you want to discuss.

Do I need a finished portfolio?

No. You can bring a work in progress. For a useful review, please prepare at least one project with enough detail to discuss the problem, your role, and your design decisions.

Can I book a session in Korean?

Yes! Sessions are available in English or Korean. We can discuss your project in Korean while reviewing an English-language portfolio.

What will I receive after the session?

For portfolio and UI reviews, you’ll receive a written summary of the highest-priority improvements. Product UX audits include annotated screenshots, prioritized findings, and practical recommendations.
