With over 10 years of experience in designing and implementing learning and knowledge-sharing strategies for engineering organizations, I am passionate about enabling continuous development and innovation through collaboration and technology. As the organizational learning leader at GE Vernova, I am responsible for aligning learning and development programs with the organization's goals and strategies, identifying and assessing learning needs, and delivering an integrated learning strategy that balances experiential, social, and formal learning. I also lead the global knowledge-sharing program, which establishes strategies for knowledge sharing, transferring, reusing, and applying expertise to solve technical engineering problems. I use artificial intelligence techniques to design the knowledge architecture, develop and implement retention of critical knowledge strategies, and map the expertise of each knowledge-sharing community.
