With near to decade experience and working as a Scrum Master/Project Manager I have played critical roles in the successful delivery of projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and focused on the project's objectives, and continuously improving the team's productivity and performanc with significant experience in managing complex Big Data projects and leading Agile Scrum teams. In my current role at Think and Learn Pvt Ltd, I have been acting as a servant leader and coach for four Agile Scrum teams, ensuring the effective use and practice of the Agile framework. Additionally, I have managed 100% of the Scrum process from initiation to management to delivery and supported six stakeholders to ensure the highest quality products to customers. One of my key achievements in this role has been overhauling six plus complex Big Data projects, leading to a significant increase in ROI. Additionally, I coordinated and collaborated with three other product teams related to project dependencies and relationships. I also managed and reported on 100% of the tasks and activities assigned to the Scrum teams. Before that, as a System Engineer Admin at Tata Consultancy Services, I administered the whole query flow of e-Commerce of Best buy real-time prod servers. I ensured each and every Web and App tokens and links were up and held daily meetings with developers and testers with QA and PROD with offshore and client-side. I handled P1 and P2 service tickets handling in queue. My skills include being a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Development and Best Practices, SAFe Lean, Agile Frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, and hands-on experience with Jira tool, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Additionally, I have experience with CRM tools such as Leadsquared and Hubspot, User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Bigdata, Hadoop, Spark, and Scala.
