I am Rashmi Shroff and after 10 years of a break, I am looking for opportunities to make a return in the industry. I have almost 20 years of experience in Hotel Management, Sales & Marketing Management, B.Com. and HR Management within the IT, Hospitality, and Entertainment Industries, Facility Management. During my break away from the work industry, I had the opportunity to actively volunteer in different organisations such as non-profit organisations (NGOs) and Educational Institutions. These opportunities helped me keep in touch with my communication, leadership, and team working skills.
