The percentage of women in cybersecurity is 24%. While men continue to outnumber women in cybersecurity. This percentage is even lower in Third World countries. At the same time, the world is also going through a huge talent crisis/skill gap in cybersecurity. This is an effort to bring more women into cybersecurity for a dual purpose, to increase women's participation in the workforce, and second to fill the cybersecurity requirements. This is a mentoring session for career guidance. This service is Pay-as-you-can for women/female students who -

  • is willing to learn and get a job in cybersecurity
  • has a career break/gap due to maternity or health reasons.
  • Has never worked before but is a graduate and is willing to work
