About me

I’m building a safe, raw, and relatable space to explore mental health through therapy, mentorship, content, and conversations that feel like home. With hands-on experience in CBT, SFBT, art therapy, and basic counseling skills, I’ve worked with individuals through pro bono therapy and 1:1 guidance sessions. I create relatable, psychoeducational content on emotional wellness, and mentor psychology students for CUET, board exams, UG/PG prep, and career clarity. Currently building a mental health brand focused on content, therapy, community support, and psychology-themed merchandise. I’m passionate about creating emotionally safe, grounded spaces where people feel heard, seen, and empowered. Open to collaborations in mental health, education, and impact-driven content.
