This scheme offers people a chance to buy ready-to-move flats in multiple cities of Uttar Pradesh — Lucknow, Ghaziabad, Kanpur, Agra, Meerut, Saharanpur and Moradabad — on a First-Come-First-Serve (FCFS) basis.

Buyers get up to 15% discount on the flat price depending on how early they make full payment:

Booking is purely on “first come–first served”, and payment can be made fully or through loan.
