👋 Hi, I'm Pronay, a Data Scientist passionate about turning complex data into scalable, real-world solutions. Over the past 5 years, I've been building data products across the FMCG, Finance, and Retail sectors, which has given me the opportunity to drive functional and cross-functional deliverables and tackle diverse business challenges. As a result, I primarily see myself as a problem solver first who happens to specialize in AI and Machine Learning. Currently, I'm driving various data initiatives at Aria Intelligent Solutions, where I tackle high-impact business challenges. My recent work includes leading a major enterprise price optimization project for a global B2B construction company, designing a price guidance solution, building a demand planning and forecasting engine from the ground up, and orchestrating VisionIQ within HarmonIQ (Aria's agentic decision-making OS). As an Individual Contributor (IC), I own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, which means I actively architect complex neural networks, orchestrate service flows, and seamlessly take POCs all the way to production. I'm also channeling my entrepreneurial spirit into building my own MVP, TraceRound.ai—a technical evaluation platform where various AI agents communicate with each other to evaluate each student's performance! Before Aria, I built my foundation as a Full Stack Data Scientist at Aidetic and a Researcher at INSAID. When I'm not writing code or deploying models, I'm dedicated to giving back to the tech community. I actively mentor the next generation of talent as a Data Science and AI instructor, contribute to open-source repositories, and share my insights on Medium.
