This not only involves personal branding but can go back to turning around a person in a manner that personality and behavioural obstacles are identified and a road map for their resolution is created. Thereafter, the person is ready to be transformed into a 'brand' that commands greater respect and is in demand such that the growth slope gradient is not as steep as earlier.

Personal branding is the second part of this assigment so that the 'product' (person) is first genuinely 'debugged' and finds its natural zone of excellence in the first part of the assignment and becomes ready for effective branding.

In some cases the 'product' (person) is already in a position to turn into a brand and the assignment is therefore, entirely about this.
