As the Chief Operating Officer of Digital Lenders Association of India (DLAI), I spearhead the organization's holistic operations and strategic initiatives, both domestically and internationally, to advance its mission and financial objectives. I excel in building and nurturing strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and industry representatives, and in driving meaningful projects that foster Fintech's evolution. I co-created the DLAI Conclave and Unconclave, exclusive events that bring together Fintech leaders and innovators for impactful discussions and collaborations. I also mentor UK companies entering the Indian market through the Mayor of London's MIBP program, sharing my expertise and insights on sales and marketing. Additionally, I am passionate about empowering women in business and elevating artisan livelihoods, as evidenced by my co-founding of Deraj, a D2C brand that supports artisans and their crafts.
