If you are training to be a therapist in India, you already know the gap nobody prepares you for. Your coursework teaches you theory. It rarely teaches you how to actually run a first session, write a consent form that references Indian law, structure a crisis response, or explain anxiety to a client's family in a way that does not get dismissed as overthinking.

This bundle is the practical toolkit I wish someone had handed me.

WHY THIS EXISTS

I have spent years training as a therapist in India, and I know what it costs, financially and otherwise, before you ever see your first paying client. Supervision, internships that barely pay, and then resource packs from senior practitioners priced like you already have an established practice. I built this because I remember exactly what it felt like to need something like this and not be able to afford it.

Everything here is grounded in real frameworks (CBT, ACT, trauma-informed practice, the Mental Healthcare Act 2017, POCSO), written specifically for Indian clients and Indian family dynamics, not translated from a Western textbook.

A NOTE BEFORE YOU BUY

These are templates and starting points, not a substitute for supervision or legal review. Please adapt the consent forms and crisis protocol to your own practice setting, and review the crisis-related material with a supervisor before clinical use. This bundle is licensed for your personal professional use only, not for resale or redistribution.
