I am one of approximately 1,900 Chess Grandmasters worldwide and the Founder of Chess Gaja Pvt Ltd, an online chess academy serving students from 42+ countries. As a FIDE Trainer and Chess Entrepreneur, I have worked with 6 age-category national champions and been mentored by former Women's World Chess Champion Susan Polgar. I am the author of "The Modernized Berlin Wall Defense" published by Thinkers Publishing, and have contributed articles to leading chess publications including ChessBase, ChessBase India, Chess.com, American Chess Magazine, Chess Informant, and US Chess Online. I coached the Brazil National Team at the Chess Olympiad 2022 in Chennai and was associated with Brazil's Future Olympics program 2022, identifying and training young talents to become future Olympians. In 2024, I trained the Eritrea and Mauritius national chess teams for the Olympiad. I am a speaker at the Smart Moves Summit 2025 in Washington D.C, where I share insights on chess strategy, talent development, and the intersection of chess and education. My educational qualifications include an MA in Management and Leadership (3.84 GPA) and a certificate in Business Analytics (SAP) from Webster University, USA, along with an undergraduate degree in Marketing (3.95 GPA) from Lindenwood University, USA.
