After 7.5 years as an IC, I was hitting a ceiling. I knew I was ready for more - but wasn’t sure how to make the leap to a leadership role. I was feeling lost. That is when I discovered Priyadeep's profile. He helped me reframe the whole problem and gave me an actionable & realistic plan to think about my issue. It was great speaking to someone who has already been there, done that.

Well, a lot happened in the week leading up to talking to PD and I was not clear about taking decision for the next career move. This call was meant to be at the perfect time. It was like talking to a friend and I could feel that he already knew a lot about me before we started talking that made the whole conversation much easier for both. We jumped right to the point, and came out with a much much more conviction to my decision. I think his experience dealing with people has helped our conversation and maybe that comes from being a leader. Thank you PD. : )
