In the 16+ years of progressive corporate experience , I've navigated diverse industries, from expatriate and resource management to HR, quality assurance, and marketing. My expertise lies in cultivating meaningful connections with individuals and global teams across all levels of organizations. In April 2020, I embarked on a new venture, "The Becoming," a freelancing coaching endeavour driven by a vision to “expand awareness and enhance lives” by helping individuals connect with their authentic selves & inner resourcefulness. Through coaching interventions, organizational projects, volunteering leadership, and narrative writing, I actively pursue this vision. I am passionate about crafting transformative experiences that drive lasting change in both individuals and groups.
