I have 8+ years of experience in B2B applications with 6+ years of product designer experience. I started as an engineer with SAP but was always attracted towards solving experience related problems. Hence taught myself design and switched my career path within SAP. Since then, I have explored multiple domains in B2B solutions including supply demand optimisation, field service management, corporate travel and expense, virtual event management and now automobile parts.
Designing for B2B problems requires understanding complex user workflows, focusing on user efficiency, scalability and modularity, ensuring trust and reliability, supporting collaborative tasks and ensuring consistency across systems.
