I specialize in sourcing tech and non-tech candidates with salary packages ranging from 8LPA to 16LPA, ensuring you find the right fit for your organization.


Requirement Gathering: We’ll begin with a thorough discussion to understand your hiring needs, organizational goals, and role requirements.


  1. Screening & Sourcing: Leveraging an extensive network and resources, I will identify and vet high-quality candidates tailored to your job specifications.
  2. Job Posting on Various Job Portals: Your open positions will be strategically posted on multiple platforms to reach a broad pool of qualified applicants.
  3. Assistance with Interviews and Salary Negotiation: I’ll coordinate interviews, streamline scheduling, and provide guidance on salary negotiations to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  4. Commission Structure: My fee is equivalent to one month’s salary of the selected candidate (8.33% of their annual salary). There’s no upfront payment; you pay only after a successful hire. This fee is negotiable and can be discussed during our call.
  5. Free Replacement Guarantee (3 Months): If the candidate leaves or is let go due to performance or behavioural issues within three months, I will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
