Driven by a strong desire to make an impact, I am adept at implementing operational strategies. Operational Excellence, Project management and capability building are my forte. With more than a decade of versatile experience of operations, I have worked in multiple functions across organisations. Talking of pharmaceutical and health sector industries I have been a part of multiple projects in Operations and compliance. I have been into variety of profiles ranging from training to human resource consulting, Quality assurance to regulatory compliance. I am currently a PMO and oversee strategic and Operational Excellence projects for a pharmaceutical manufacturing site. I also handle communications and Ethics, Risk and Compliance management role for the site. That said, personally I am a continuous learner and an avid reader & its this addiction that's brought me a long way. I am a people's person & love to communicate and interact with people, share my knowledge and opinions about topics I relate to like women empowerment, Operational Excellence, Project Management and career development.
