I am an engineer by degree who accidentally became a Recruiter, helped high-growth startups build their Tech teams for over three years, and then decided to get into a marketing role in May 2020, got her first-ever marketing internship at Springworks in Oct 2020 and became an FTE in Apr 2021 😇 I'm currently building The Shape of Work community (a slack community for HRs/People Ops professionals- https://www.springworks.in/the-shape-of-work-podcast/community/) at Springworks- an HR technology startup that is building tools and products to simplify recruiting and help organizations engage and retain their employees.
