Growing up in a farming family, I had the privilege of witnessing the daily challenges and hard work involved in farming in my early days. These experiences ignited a deep desire to uplift farmers and build a sustainable future for agricultural communities.

This entrepreneurial spark stayed with me throughout my educational journey. After completing my degree in Mechanical Engineering, I began my career in Australia as an Assistant Mechanical Engineer at a leading manufacturing company.

Over nearly two years, I gained invaluable insights working across diverse departments and was fortunate to have a mentor who instilled in me core values, ethics, and entrepreneurial skills. This experience broadened my understanding of business management and fueled my ambition to create a meaningful impact.

Upon returning to India, I worked as a Mechanical Engineer in Coimbatore for a year. However, my vision for becoming an entrepreneur made me sow the seeds in 2021 which led me to establish The Coconut Company and it became fully operational in 2022.

Today, our company exports coconuts to over 25 countries and supplies to more than 11 states across India. As in many countries, only shredded (processed) coconuts are available, my goal is to export raw coconuts to 50+ countries in the coming years in those regions.

At the same time, I am focusing on building a robust supply chain system within India, delivering high-quality coconuts to a majority of states and thereby supporting the livelihoods of farmers.
