Pritam Mondal is currently working as Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at Ethos Life. He worked as Senior Business Analyst at Flipkart. He used SQL, Python, PowerBi and Adobe Analytics for his work in Flipkart which includes data extraction, performing Root cause analysis, creating data models and strategising for upcoming sales. He had performed complex event analysis and predicted sales outcomes and targets for important flipkart sales like BBD, BDS, DIWALI sales and EOSS. Prior to his tenure in Flipkart, he has pursued his MBA from IIM Udaipur and holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics from IIEST, Shibpur. He has prior work experience with PwC as an Associate and with PowerSchool as a Software Engineer. He takes interest in playing chess and has won inter-college and intra-college tournaments. As a part of PwC for 16 months, he has worked in the development of the UI of a multi-million fund management system. He has also extensively interacted with top international clients, to understand and resolve their technical issues pertaining to the project. He has also worked for 23 months in PowerSchool LLC wherein he worked in the development of an educational portal. During this time, he had interacted with the corresponding product owners in details with respect to the product modifications and acceptance criteria. He has published two IEEE papers - one as the primary author pertaining to e-security and the second one as a secondary author pertaining to signal processing with EOG signal. He takes interest in football and sketching. He also derives pleasure from problem-solving irrespective of the domain with an eye for detailing and structured planning. He looks forward to connecting with domain experts and learning from their experiences.
