As a leader of strategy and people functions, I'm motivated by designing and leading meaningful actions aimed at addressing complex business, talent and cultural issues head on, including inclusion and diversity. At a time of social unrest and a global pandemic, I'm spending time thinking deeply about how employees are feeling and what they are thinking about. I'm motivated to try my hardest to figure out how organizations can implement tangible actions that ensure that all employees are heard and seen while also feeling connected and supported. I'm reaching out to my colleagues and peers to share ideas, listen and learn. I acknowledge that these are not simple issues to solve, but I trust that these are exactly the types of problems that are made for humans to figure out.
