Currently building Supersite, a construction monitoring app. As a product manager with 7+ years of experience, I am passionate about building products and startups that create impact in the lives of people on a large scale. I have a BTech degree from IIT-BHU, where I got exposed varied kinds of people. Most recently, I worked as a senior product manager at VerSe Innovation, the company behind Josh, a short-videos entertainment app with 300M+ monthly active users across India. I successfully launched two new initiatives, namely Josh WebApp and Josh LIVE streaming, which increased the time spent on the web app by 40% and enabled users to interact with their favorite creators in real-time. I also created a product roadmap for optimising the internal notification delivery platform and led the partnership, integration, and pilot launch of WhatsApp Business Marketing, which enhanced the user acquisition and retention strategies. Before that, I was a product manager at apna jobs, the largest jobs platform and professional community for blue and grey collar workforce in India, where I led a team to run the feed/community product end-to-end and increased the key metrics by ~2X. Previously, I co-founded Indshine, a B2B SaaS platform for working upon geospatial maps captured using drones or satellites, and attracted clients from 10+ countries. I also managed the concept-to-launch of a new SaaS-based product and designed and created an ML-based application that won the Maharashtra AI Innovation Challenge. I am interested in people, product, and design, and I love to work on solving challenging and meaningful problems.
