Job hunting can get lonely, especially when applications go unanswered, interviews don’t convert, or you simply don’t know what to fix.

I recently went through this myself, and a few conversations with people on the other side of the hiring table helped me immensely.

So I’m opening up some time to do the same for others.

There’s no fixed agenda.

I don’t promise to have all the answers. But I’ll share what worked for me, give you another perspective, and help wherever I genuinely can.
