I am Primrose Jasmin, a passionate Communication & NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner with 19+ years of experience in the Training fraternity. I am an ardent member of the Business Networking International (BNI), which is a business networking forum for Entrepreneurs & PSAI (Professional Speakers Association of India). I am a DTM – Distinguished Toastmasters, which is the highest title in the Toastmasters community of Public Speaking skills. I am a M.sc Psychology student from the University of Madras. I am also certified in Transactional Analysis invented by Eric Berne.

My training expertise includes training on Soft Skills, Customer Service, E-mail Etiquette, Culture & Behavioral Training. I also conduct Coaching sessions, to transform lives, equip people to achieve their goals. I have worked in the UK in the customer service industry. I am also a Motivational speaker, who has spoken in various forms like Hypnotic Circle, Toastmasters, A4 Fertility clinic & corporate companies like Atos, Tech Mahindra.

I am the founder of the company “The Top Talents”(thetoptalents.in), a Training and Coaching company that offers programs on Soft-skills, Communication, Behavioral, Leadership, Culture Training & Coaching sessions. I have conducted training sessions for various corporates, industries, schools & colleges. I am also a you tuber.

I have trained over 3000+ people and coached over 200+ Leaders. My recent achievement includes writing a book called “Medical Mavericks” for doctors. I believe in the motto “Learning is a never-ending process”.
