I'm Prerna Jyoti, a passionate psychology graduate with an Honors degree in Psychology and currently pursuing my postgraduate degree in psychology from Delhi University apart from it I'm also enriching my repertoire with a postgraduate diploma in Guidance and Counseling from the esteemed Jamia Milia Islamia. My journey through Psych has been short, wavering yet fascinating. With a 2-month hands-on internship at a rehabilitation center and the AWGP Foundation, I've had the privilege of glimpsing the resilience of the human spirit. My 5-month tenure at WWF India was an expedition through the wilderness of the mind, advocating for environmental consciousness among people from different states, majorly Uttarakhand, Odissa and Delhi. As I work towards my ambition of becoming a Life Coach, I dream of integrating Psychological concepts in everyday life to harmonize the inner self with the outer world. I am deeply invested in the practical application of psychology, exploring its indigenous roots, and fusing spirituality with science to navigate life's complexities. With an innate interest for effective communication, my goal is to bridge gaps, not only between people but within their inner landscapes too. I believe in the power of indigenous and spiritual psychology to unlock the mysteries behind human behavior and pave a path to holistic well-being.
