I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey at the age of 16, starting as a part-time salesperson in our family's established sweets business, which has thrived for 35 years. Since then, I've followed a diverse path, nurturing various skills and passions. As a freelance graphic designer for the past two years, I honed my creative talents and developed a keen eye for design & brand building. I experienced the ebb and flow of entrepreneurship, successfully building and later closing a profitable handmade jewelry business. Collaborating with my mother, I also established a thriving retail enterprise, further expanding my expertise in business management. Later, I had also built two online ventures, Chickles & Causitively, in the D2C & B2B space respectively. Throughout this journey, I pursued higher education, earning both an undergraduate degree and a master's in Applied Psychology, specializing in Organizational Psychology and Behavior. My personal journey as a depression survivor has fueled my commitment to psychology and mental health. I aspire to contribute to the creation of a resilient and emotionally healthy society. Currently, my focus is on exploring the intricacies of the transformation of traditional businesses to online businesses & helping D2C startups find their unique positioning in crowded markets.
