I am a lawyer, a certified diversity and inclusion (D&I) professional from the University of Pittsburgh, and a management graduate from Birla Institute of Management, I worked in various corporates for almost a decade before venturing into social entrepreneurship. At Aware, we have collaborated with more than 200 corporates across India, including TCS, Indian Air Force, Apollo Munich, IndiaMart, Pay U, Sunlife and many more to help create safe, holistic, gender-sensitive, and diverse workplaces. We have facilitated over 1000 workshops and talks on topics of D&I, workplace sexual harassment, POCSO, and cyber security. I serve on the internal committee (IC) panel of many organizations, and have investigated over 250 cases of all degrees across India. Our programs are data driven, up to date with industry trends and are high on impact, all our clients noticed a sharp decline in sexual harassment allegations and more respectful environment post our interventions. Our mission is to provide cost effective and quality consulting and training services on POSH , D&I , wellness initiatives to corporates. we aim at taking the high quality interventions to tier 2 and tier 3 cities by collaborating and upskilling local organizations and individuals.
