I have an experience of a total of 5 years as an Electrical Engineer. I am currently working as an R&D Engineer at ABB GISPL in Bangalore, India, for past 4 years. I have gained ample knowledge which has enabled me to build and practice skills in essential areas such as collaboration, teamwork, and decision-making. As an R&D engineer at ABB, I am maintaining and continuously improving the test automation coverage and reliability & my main area of focus is Product testing of Drives. I have received many individual and team awards. In my previous technical job, I was working as Project Engineer where, I was handling various solar projects and was coordinating and working with multiple teams on various projects. Also, I was responsible for managing manpower and distribute workloads into different departments. While pursuing my Masters education, I had worked as a teaching assistant, where I learned and gained experience in teaching methods, managing time to keep a balance between studies and work, prioritizing tasks, interpersonal skills to interact with students and faculty members, and dealing with deadlines.
