Self-Confidence is a critical leadership skill when executed habitually, becomes contagious within your sphere of influence - positively! An MBA Graduate in IT with over 15 years of IT Service Delivery experience, in addition to being certified in ITIL 4 Foundation Level (IT Service Management), alongside pursuing a professional certification program in Applied Data Science from IIT Palakkad - my entire career has been dedicated towards value creation through services. Be it while managing the Service Desk Team, Building an Applications Support Team from scratch or in my capacity of an Stakeholder Engagement Manager - my core focus has always been targeted towards improving Customer Experience (CX). Being an IT Professional has not deterred me from Business Operations. More so this has only ignited the fire within me to understand the day-to-day activities in detail. Playing the role of a Business Analyst in addition to my core responsibilities through my career helped me tremendously to tailor the services based on the requirements. Technology on the other hand are powerful means of platforms that accelerate your journey to meet the above goals. My inquisitiveness towards exploring new tools & technologies had direct co-relation to problem solving and providing quick solutions to our employee base. Be it legacy ITSM Tools like BMC Footprints or platforms like SharePoint & other Microsoft O365 tools (Power BI; Power Automate / Flow; Power Apps, Teams, Stream, Sway, Planner et al) to Enterprise Applications like Salesforce, Oracle and Project Management Tools like JIRA - I have had the privilege to understand the concepts and it's nitty-gritty's by traversing through Sandbox / Trail options. One will identify me as a huge advocate of Design Thinking, Creativity and Innovation at workplace. When I am tasked with something to run with - it's most likely to take an unexplored path.
