Praveen is a professional who has now made a career transition to pursue his passion for Coaching , Counselling and Mentoring. He is a Certified ICF accredited Coach from Symbiosis Coaching Institute in USA and is designated as a Life Coach, Emotional Intelligence Coach and an Executive Coach. He is now pursuing an Advanced Masters Course in Counselling and is pursuing his new vocation successfully. Praveen has done his Bachelor of Engineering from Nagpur University and has also added a Diploma in Management from ICFAI University. He has over 30 years of work experience mostly in Sales and Marketing of Automobiles and Construction Equipment. He also had the opportunity of working in Sales of Automobiles in the Gulf and Sales of Construction Equipment in Africa giving him a wide exposure to various cultures and trying conditions. During the last 9 years of his working career Praveen was heading Business of a large Corporate Dealership as a CEO and brought about a transformation in the business by adopting sound systems and developing a winning team. Praveen believes that “ A Leader is only as good as his Team “, and it is based on this principle he nurtured a team who knew their goals clearly and who worked with Zeal in the best interests of the organization. Praveen always had a keen interest in counselling and mentoring his team members and feels that he could contribute to the success of an individual or a group by using all his experience gained over his long career when he had seen the Highs and Lows of life both on the Professional and Personal front and which would certainly help people to transform their lives.
