My top 3 leadership strengths are visualization (go beyond obvious!), wider yet deeper technical knowledge (go deeper!) and bring in place highly productive organization (go with the people!). I have initiated, evolved, architected, designed, developed, delivered and led successful software products, solutions, and product engineering teams over years. I am a constant learner and I love to explore technologies of varied nature; this enables me to deep dive into various technical problems and complex situations with ease. My experience and knowledge touches wide spectrum that includes Internet, cloud, SaaS, cyber security, encryption, authentication, access control, software and data monetization. I have closely experienced the journey of embedded systems, desktop applications, networked systems to cloud and SaaS. I have built highly productive teams and mentored successful individuals. I have extensive experience on collaborating with global stakeholders, cross functional teams and global customers. I am outcome oriented and a firm believer of Agility to maximize business value at rapid speed with measurable metrics. I like to interact with people from across the globe.
