Pratyush Vaibhav is a B.A. (Hons) Business Economics student at Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, University of Delhi. He is highly motivated and passionate about people management, business development, market research, and strategy consulting. Pratyush has completed internships at Unschool Learning Pvt. Ltd., Social Comment Pvt. Ltd., and SME at Chegg for Operational Management, where he gained experience in recruiting and leading teams, generating sales revenue, conducting market research, and analyzing business strategies. In addition to his professional experience, Pratyush has also received recognition for his academic and extracurricular achievements. He secured 3rd Rank among 4000+ participants in the Business and Corporate Finance Bootcamp conducted by IIT Guwahati and bagged Gold Certificate in Management Consulting Test organized by StrategyCo.Global, a Consultancy firm located in Finland. Pratyush represented his school in the district-level athletics competition held by CBSE under the Ministry of youth affairs and sports, Govt of India. He has held various positions of responsibility in student organizations, including Junior Consultant at Khalsa Consultancy Group, Executive Member at the Business Economics Society, Senior Member at the Marketing Society, and Core Member at the Workshop Committee. Pratyush has enrolled for MBA-HR from the School of Business Management at SVKM’s NMIMS Mumbai for the batch of 2023-25. With his diverse experience, strong leadership skills, and passion for HR, he aims to build a career combining his knowledge and skills to positively impact organizations and their employees.
