Pratyush, an army officer's kid, has had the privilege of living in 16 different cities across India during the last 28 years of his life. This unique upbringing has exposed him to diverse cultures and people, nurturing his appreciation for diversity & honing his interpersonal & cross-cultural communication skills. Throughout his academic journey, Pratyush has excelled both in academics and co-curricular activities. As a school topper in Class 12th, he actively participated in various activities. Fueled by his curiosity to understand the "how" behind the "whats" of the world, instilled by his parent, he ended dabbling into the world of engineering. While pursuing mechanical engineering at NITK, Pratyush embraced leadership opportunities, becoming the Students' Council president of a 5000+ campus, where he implemented initiatives that positively impacted campus life and had a year full of learnings. His passion for giving back to society led him to be the Charter VP for Rotaract Club, where in he was involved actively in volunteering. Along side, he ventured into entrepreneurship by starting a StartUp, gaining valuable experience and insights into the importance of innovation in business. In 2019, Pratyush delved into the corporate, joining ExxonMobil's petrochemical division. He played a significant role in planning and market facing roles and honed his analytical & mangement skills. His hard work and dedication were recognized through multiple awards at the APAC & Global level. During his MBA years he also served as the General Secretary & council's head for the institute, further showcasing his commitment to leadership. He carries with him experience of working on a GTM project at Reckitt & was offered a PPO for his exceptional performance. Pratyush was selected for the prestigious summer school at HEC Paris and only one from his batch to be selected for MBA semester exchange at KU Leuven. In his MBA first year, he was recognized as one of India's top 50 Most Promising MBA Students & in final year, was honored to stand among India's top 50 Most Employable MBA Graduates. One of only five people in entire country to receive both these distinctions that year. Having gained insights into data-driven decision-making and market dynamics, he understands the significance of empathy and an analytical mindset in running successful businesses. His diverse experiences and accomplishments make him a dynamic individual ready to take on new challenges and make a positive impact in the professional world.
