About me

I would like to consider myself as a technology evangelist with focus on Collaboration tools to help organizations deliver exceptional Customer Experience and Employee Experience. I have worked across verticals with businesses of all sizes and create unique experiences by increasing business automation leveraging tech like Natural Language Processing (NLP), Process Mining and RPA. In my current role in Avaya I am working closely with Global BPOs as well as Mid Size Enterprises and helping them on this journey of Digital Transformation. I am an Alumni of Indian School of Business and have particular interest in Wildlife Photography and Indian Big Cat Tracking.
