In our sessions, I create a safe, non-judgmental and unhurried space where you can pause, reflect and feel seen. Drawing on my Master’s training in Clinical Psychology and my own lived experience navigating emotional challenges, which helps me understand both the struggles and the courage involved in doing this work.
I am particularly interested in exploring childhood and early experiences, because these often shape how we think, feel and respond in daily life. My approach is trauma-informed and neuro-affirming, meaning I pay attention to how past challenges affect your emotions, behaviours and nervous system, while tailoring strategies to how you uniquely experience the world. Grounded in humanistic and existential perspectives, I work with curiosity and respect, helping you connect with your inner world, make sense of patterns, and discover ways to relate to yourself with compassion.
Through my presence, I aim to create a space that reminds you it is okay to be in process, to learn, unlearn and become. My hope is to help you build a kinder relationship with your inner world, one rooted in understanding, safety, and self-trust.
