With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, I am a resource and capacity leader at IBM, where I lead the resourcing function across Europe, MEA, Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China Group. I am responsible for optimizing the capacity and sourcing strategy of the workforce, managing resource gaps and WFM, and implementing multiple processes, reports, tools and templates for smooth operations of the resource function. I have a strong background in program management, having managed successful transitions of various roles from different geographies and service lines, and driving change in process, methodology and compliance. I have also led and managed global PMO functions for IBM and its customers, providing consistent reporting on key organization metrics and handling end-to-end activities to set up offshore delivery and program management of multiple development, QA and production support projects in web technology. Additionally, I have expertise in talent management and retention, diversity related programs, and ISO 2001 standards, having received multiple awards and recognition for my initiatives and leadership.
