1. Idea Validation: Is your project "hackable"? We’ll refine your concept to ensure it’s feasible within the time limit but impressive enough for judges.
2. Tech Stack Optimization: Choosing the right tools (and APIs) that allow for rapid prototyping without getting bogged down in setup.
3. The "Winning Demo" Formula: How to structure your final pitch, what to show in the live demo, and how to handle the "QA" from judges.
4. Time Management: Creating a 24/48-hour execution plan—knowing when to stop coding and start polishing.
5. Team Roles: Mapping out responsibilities so everyone is productive from the first minute.
