Hi! I'm Pratik Jadhav, an Incoming Software Engineer at Meta and an MS in Computer Science student at the University of Washington. I’m passionate about building impactful technologies that make a difference, especially in the areas of AI, software engineering, and community-driven innovation. Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to a variety of impactful projects—from leading crisis-response initiatives like CovidFreePune to developing scalable enterprise solutions at eQ Technologic. I’ve also taken on leadership roles, mentoring students and fostering collaboration across global communities as an OSC Fellow and Google Crowdsource Leader. I thrive in high-impact environments and continuously seek ways to learn, grow, and innovate. Whether working on AI-driven solutions, fine-tuning large language models for multilingual applications, or contributing to open-source communities, my goal is always to create meaningful impact.
