Pratik Shah - Senior Director of Product Design at Epsilon. With over 13 years of experience in UX design, I’ve worked across FinTech, Entertainment, Retail, and now AdTech and MarTech. Today, I lead product design for the APAC region at Epsilon, building data-first and hyper-personalised platforms that help brands connect with people in meaningful and responsible ways. Previously at Walmart, I led design for sourcing and procurement, built and mentored design teams, and championed accessibility initiatives that shaped the global organisation. My journey began with experimenting in Photoshop as a teenager, which grew into a degree in Information Technology and eventually led me to UX. Over the years, I’ve stayed passionate about bridging design and development, simplifying complexity, and fostering inclusive, user-first thinking. Outside of work, I enjoy mentoring designers, exploring how AI can amplify creativity, travelling with family, and finding balance between logic and curiosity.
