Pratik has extensive experience in driving strategic projects, M&A, new initiatives and business strategy by working closely with leadership teams across organizations. He was previously building 10Club- an ecommerce company which acquires, operates and grows digital first businesses in home & kitchen categories. He drove the M&A Integration function for potential & acquired brands along with spearheading critical strategic projects. Prior to 10club he was in the Corporate Development & Strategy team at Ola working on projects like fundraising , evaluation of investment and M&A opportunities across different Ola verticals.
