I am an ardently curious law student yearning to learn more and something different. Currently pursuing my law degree with a specialization in Corporate Law, I have an ardor for M&A, Intellectual Property Rights, Banking and Investment Law, and Capital Market. I am self-directed and enthusiastic, and I function well in both autonomous and collaborative contexts, working solo and in groups. I am passionate about giving back to the community by applying the knowledge, skills, and experiences I have gained throughout my life. I am building my startup KnowLaw as a means for me to give back to society. As our tagline 'Prudence of your Rights' suggests, our goal is to advance the availability and access to legal resources for the good of society. We are among the top 100 Indian legal websites to follow, with a footfall of more than 2 Lakh+ audiences, and we have helped and mentored more than 3000 students to date. I take pleasure in working on issues that demand a multidisciplinary approach to address. I've managed a team of more than 20 individuals, and I enjoy a hands-on style of leadership and always advocate leading by example. And I am well-known for my upbeat, can-do attitude as well as my practical, problem-solving mindset. Experienced in management and bringing ideas to life to achieve an organization's goals. I've also led campaigns, and organized, and managed large-scale events in the past. Adept in conducting legal research, drafting & vetting legal documents & meeting time-sensitive case objectives. I also possess hands-on experience working on a wide variety of projects ranging from legal research, review & analysis to Due Diligence covering multiple domains.
