I have over 10+years of experience in human resources, with a focus on tech recruiting, coaching, and training. I am passionate about helping tech professionals achieve their career goals and advance their skills. As a career coach at Interview Kickstart, I support more than 1,000 candidates in preparing for interviews at top tech companies. I conduct weekly resume review sessions, provide 1:1 coaching, and facilitate sessions on behavioral interviews and interview preparation. I leverage my HRM certification from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and my MBA in human resources from Pune India, to deliver effective and tailored career guidance. I am also a human resources manager at Element Materials Technology, where I oversee the global tech division. I joined Element after the acquisition of Nanosyn Inc, where I was a human resources generalist. I am responsible for managing employee relations, policies and procedures, recruiting, performance management, training and development, counseling and coaching, and compensation. Besides all this, I am a fashion lover mom and love to try my hands in baking and cooking traditional recipes. I like to travel, hike & make youtube videos during my freetime :)
