I have previous experience of working as a software engineer because of my desire to learn technology advancement & work in the Information Technology field. During my time as a systems engineer, I developed a strong sense of empathy for mobile & web applications along with other medical products. I learned that agile development is highly integrated with the Information architecture & Experience designing process followed for the product's success in the market. Also, how empathy driven process changes the expected business scenario for any product. Why transition to User Experience? I have always excited to combine both the creative & analytical brain wirings & I quickly learned integration of both into the design process. I gradually understand it's significance in agile & static development processes as well. I bring an engineering perspective & creative problem-solving approach to create better experience & products people prefer more. Persistence, empathy, curiosity & attention to detail defines me. With a background in information systems, experience as a software systems engineer & Master's education in Industrial & Product design makes me competent in aspects of the design process. I have also taught Creative Thinking & Product Design (tutoring-a personal passion of mine) to the youngsters aspiring into the design field.
