She is leveraging her extensive experience in technology management and a deep understanding of organizational needs to propel the foundation towards greater efficiency and effectiveness in its mission. With a focus on innovation and inclusivity, she collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cutting-edge digital strategies, fostering financial literacy, skill development, and entrepreneurship among marginalized communities and to drive CSR Management through system design. Pratibha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from IRMA and a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Processes and Automation from NSIT.
